The ideal candidate profile :

  • Min. D3 from reputable Secretary Academy, Public Relations, or Tourism Academy.
  • Female and Male with Age between 20 – 28 years old
  • Height Min. 165 cm , Propotional, Good looking, Neat and well groomed
  • Min. Experience as Receptionist, Junior Secretary, administration or Hospitality Service Industry at least 1 years
  • Customer & Service – Oriented person with passion and desire
  • The candidates must be good in communication skill in English language
  • Willing to work for long hours in a high pressure environment
  • Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner, and independent
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (i.e. Power point, Word & Excel)
  • Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek



  • Male or Female, with minimum age 22 – 28 years old
  • Bachelor Degree any discipline
  • Min. 1 – 2 years experience as an administration staff- in Banking
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, pleasant personality and attractive
  • Able to communicate and write report in English (must be)
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Words, Access, Excel and Power point) and able to operate internet programme
  • Customer and service-oriented person with passion and desire.
  • Hard worker and willing to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work long hours in a high-pressure working environment.
  • Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent


The Ideal Candidates :

  • Male, age between 22 – 30 years old
  • English, Communication, Journalism or related major
  • Over 2-year working experience in Communications
  • Working experience in steel or oil & gas industry
  • Very good command of English, especially in writing, translation and speaking. Translation and writing tests will be conducted in the recruitment process.
  • Experience of managing big events, house organ and intranet.
  • Good skills of writing articles
  • Capability of defining communication needs and key messages through learning the situation and objectives
  • Good understanding of local culture and protocols.
  • Fast learner, team player, strong ownership, result-driven, self-motivated
  • Interested in communication, open to different cultures, willing to communicate with people.
  • Located working in Cilegon
